The Field Service Engineer, CNC and Laser Equipment role is based in Green Bay, WI, with regional travel throughout Wisconsin and the surrounding Lakes Region. The schedule is Monday–Friday, and compensation is $25–$36 per hour. The role supports customers of a global manufacturer of advanced industrial machinery. The engineer installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs CNC laser and automated manufacturing equipment at customer facilities. Through training and progressively more complex service work, the role helps customers maintain equipment and develops technical expertise in machine systems.

What you'll do

• Depending on experience and training, install and commission CNC machinery
• perform preventative maintenance
• troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues involving motors, sensors, controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics
• take on more complex repair and troubleshooting calls progressively
• communicate with customers during service calls
• document equipment issues, repairs, and work performed
• work alongside senior Field Service Engineers while developing technical expertise.
