The technician delivers individualized applied behavior analysis therapy under Board Certified Behavior Analyst supervision, supports communication and daily living skills through play-based activities, records behavioral data, and communicates client progress to caregivers and supervisors.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one and group ABA therapy in clinics and client homes
• implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• follow behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition protocols
• collect and document session data
• communicate observations and progress
• maintain client dignity, safety, and confidentiality
• follow HIPAA requirements.
