Wellness Representative

What you'll do

• Conduct studio tours and present service packages and memberships
• contact past clients and leads to encourage rebooking
• work toward membership, package, and retail sales targets
• greet and assist clients
• manage phone, text, and voicemail follow-up
• handle bookings and cancellations
• onboard clients and set up waivers and POS profiles
• explain services, precautions, and at-home care
• open or close the studio and maintain a safe, clean, welcoming space.
