The Senior Director, Solution Delivery is an onsite role in Meridian, ID. Compensation is $174,100–$261,100 per year. The role leads United Site Services’ IT project and program delivery function, supporting technology initiatives across the company’s operating locations. The director builds and leads a delivery organization and oversees enterprise technology initiatives from intake through deployment and stabilization. The role aligns IT delivery with business strategy, manages portfolio risks and budgets, and improves governance, delivery practices, and adoption across field and corporate teams.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of the IT project portfolio
• build and develop project and program managers, business analysts, and scrum masters
• establish delivery methodology and PMO governance
• manage at-risk project escalations
• translate technology roadmaps into delivery plans
• oversee vendor relationships and performance
• manage portfolio budgets and ROI reporting
• drive change management and organizational readiness
• report portfolio KPIs
• improve delivery practices and cross-functional collaboration.
