Product Engineering Technician

The Product Engineering Technician role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with pay of $25–$30 per hour. World View, now part of Ondas Sentinel, describes a defense platform integrating long-endurance intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR), autonomous systems, counter-UAS technologies, and mission intelligence. The role turns engineering improvement plans into practical production-floor changes. It supports capacity and infrastructure improvements, equipment upgrades, and continuous improvement projects intended to increase operational capacity, efficiency, and throughput.

What you'll do

• Execute Product Engineering continuous improvement projects
• build, modify, install, and improve production equipment, fixtures, tooling, workstations, and infrastructure
• support approved equipment upgrades
• translate engineering concepts into working production solutions
• identify opportunities to improve throughput, ergonomics, quality, safety, and efficiency
• assist with equipment installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and modification
• collaborate with engineering, production, and manufacturing teams.
