What you'll do

• Lead sourcing strategy and vendor relationships for food, beverage, and hotel services
• administer contracts, develop business plans, analyze pricing, and negotiate. Support franchise owners and operators by improving product and service delivery, aggregating spend, monitoring supplier engagement and compliance, and developing programs that improve guest satisfaction and hotel profitability. Audit vendor reporting and spend tools, identify suppliers, monitor contractual performance, collaborate with hotel-facing teams, and lead a four-associate team.
