Maintenance Technician – Property Management

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance work orders and routine repairs, including basic plumbing and electrical work, carpentry, appliance troubleshooting, painting, and cosmetic repairs.
• Prepare units for turnover, remove trash and debris, install or remove real estate signs, and perform seasonal tasks such as shoveling, plowing, salting, storm preparation, and mowing.
• Some evening and weekend hours may be required.
