What you'll do

• Perform mold changes, machine setups, and equipment startups
• adjust molding equipment and processing parameters
• troubleshoot mechanical and processing issues
• monitor equipment and make adjustments
• visually and dimensionally inspect finished products
• address equipment or product quality concerns
• perform minor mechanical repairs and replace components as needed.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree in Mechanical Science, 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, automotive manufacturing experience, and familiarity with IATF 16949. Krauss Maffei or Arburg machine experience and industrial automation knowledge are preferred.
