The School Based Behavior Technician (BT) is an onsite contract role based in Methuen, MA. The pay range is $24–$27 per hour, and this role supports the student services team at Ro Health. This role exists to provide 1:1 behavior therapy to students using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support their academic and social development. The Behavior Technician implements treatment plans and collaborates with school staff to ensure student progress.
What you'll do
- Provide 1:1 behavior therapy using ABA
- Implement treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Support students in achieving IEP goals
- Collect and document data on behavior and skill acquisition
- Assist students in building independence
- Reinforce positive behaviors.
