What you'll do

• Prepare and decorate cakes using icing, gel, drawings, decorating kits, airbrush, edible images, and lettering
• safely operate and maintain cake and soft-serve equipment
• maintain cake inventory and displays
• take and fill customer orders
• sample and sell products
• rotate stock
• and clean and sanitize work areas and equipment.
