What you'll do

• Lead and support multi-unit restaurant operations and field leadership
• coach and manage the performance of District Managers and General Managers
• oversee P&L, labor, food costs, and productivity
• maintain service, safety, cleanliness, staffing, and compliance standards
• identify process and profitability improvements
• partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and growth
• coordinate restaurant operations with centralized production and distribution.
