What you'll do

• Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination
• partner with leaders on hiring needs and candidate criteria
• manage job postings, candidate records, pipeline metrics, and follow-up
• build relationships with clinicians, professional networks, graduate programs, and community members
• support hiring process improvements and onboarding coordination.
