What you'll do

• Performs full-cycle hourly recruiting and coordinates job fairs.
• Manages HRIS data entry and audits.
• Assists in payroll administration and tracks attendance.
• Addresses employee concerns and assists frontline leaders with policy interpretation.
• Conducts workplace investigations.
