What you'll do

• Own the strategy, governance, and roadmap for Salesforce and commercial technology platforms
• lead and develop the Sales Technology team
• partner with executive leadership across business functions and IT
• evolve Salesforce and CRM capabilities
• drive integrations, automation, AI, reporting modernization, and customer-facing digital initiatives
• oversee platform enhancements, releases, vendors, and lifecycle
• own reporting architecture and executive dashboards
• establish CRM administration, change management, user adoption, and documentation practices
• lead cross-functional initiatives.
