What you'll do

• Conduct initial assessments and reassessments
• develop and update non-medical plans of care
• perform caregiver supervisory visits
• evaluate needs within the non-medical scope
• educate and guide caregivers
• assist with orientation and competency
• communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and management
• identify changes that may require referral to a healthcare provider
• and maintain documentation and support quality assurance and compliance.
