The manager contributes to the company's goals by maintaining high occupancy rates, managing delinquency, and ensuring facility cleanliness.

What you'll do

• Maintain a 75%+ conversion rate from leads to move-ins.
• Achieve and sustain 90%+ occupancy.
• Keep monthly delinquency at 3% or less.
• Maintain at least 80% customer enrollment in Property Protection and Auto-Pay programs.
• Complete weekly facility inspections and routine maintenance.
• Conduct grassroots marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate digital records.
