What you'll do

• Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness, dosage, interactions, and administration
• ensure medicines are correctly supplied and labeled
• recommend therapy changes when necessary
• maintain customer clinical databases
• investigate medication queries
• communicate with facility staff and healthcare providers
• supervise medicine preparation
• maintain controlled-drug registers and medication security
• perform on-call duties when required.
