What you'll do

• Process deposits, loan payments, cash advances, checks, money orders, withdrawals, transfers, and payroll deduction changes
• compute interest where applicable
• open and close terminal accounts and balance daily transactions
• verify transactions and resolve discrepancies
• maintain member account privacy
• respond to member requests and questions
• process new and existing member account information
• complete reports and records
• perform drive-up teller and night drop functions as assigned
• cross-sell services and assist with related clerical duties.
