What you'll do

• Depending on the visit and provider’s needs, document provider encounters and ensure charts are reviewed and signed
• monitor and respond to patient voicemails and electronic medical record messages
• update patient face sheets and medical histories
• reconcile medication lists, perform pill counts, and enter codes
• obtain and record vital signs
• complete referral letters and prior-authorization messages
• and schedule follow-up appointments.
