Construction Manager / Construction Administrator, Healthcare Projects

The Construction Manager / Construction Administrator role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA, supporting construction and renovation projects at the Veterans Affairs Pittsburgh Healthcare System. What you'll do

• Manage assigned healthcare facility construction projects from pre-construction through completion
• coordinate with VA personnel, architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
• review construction documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and proposals
• monitor contractor performance, quality, safety, schedule, and cost
• conduct site visits
• assess work in place and recommend payment applications
• maintain schedules, cost reports, risk assessments, and project documentation
• support QASP activities and project closeout.
