What you'll do

• Lead development, implementation, support, and maintenance of enterprise Claims and EDI systems
• oversee operational performance, stability, scalability, and reliability
• direct platform maintenance, upgrades, enhancements, architecture, and modernization
• establish a Claims System Implementation Team
• execute strategic technology initiatives
• oversee internal and third-party applications
• partner with business and technology leaders
• lead managers, supervisors, and technical teams
• identify process and system improvements.
