Description
Hybrid schedule with telehealth based on patient needs and physician preference. Predictable 1:5 call, Friday 5PM to Friday 5PM; overnight/weekend call-ins are rare and mostly telephone-based. Multidisciplinary team: medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, oncology RNs, triage nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacists, operations coordinator, and clinical trials nurs
