What you'll do

• Lead Storyline Kids staff and oversee the ministry
• manage the annual ministry budget
• communicate with and care for parents, families, and leaders
• execute ministry events and outreach opportunities
• recruit and train lay leaders and volunteers
• work with the Director of Family Discipleship on curriculum and parent-equipping strategy
• manage first-time guest registration and follow-up
• attend staff and family discipleship meetings
• ensure compliance with abuse prevention policies
• rotate with the kids team to schedule on weekends.
