What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors
• respond to incidents and medical emergencies
• conduct foot or vehicle patrols of buildings, entrances, parking, and perimeter areas
• monitor access and visitor activity
• assist with directions and escorts
• report concerns
• complete incident reports and activity logs.
