What you'll do

• Develop architectural concepts and design solutions
• prepare construction documents, drawings, specifications, and 3D models
• research materials, codes, and zoning regulations
• coordinate with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants
• collaborate with clients and project teams
• assist with timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
• support construction administration through submittal reviews, site visits, and technical issue resolution
• review deliverables for quality.
