What you'll do

• Manage event sales from inquiry and lead generation through contract negotiation and finalization
• develop relationships with corporate planners, destination management companies, wedding coordinators, and high-net-worth individuals
• create tailored event proposals and packages
• pursue revenue targets
• conduct site inspections
• coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, and Operations
• monitor market and competitor activity
• represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings
• use CRM software to track sales and report performance.
