New Hire Trainer

Job overview

The New Hire Trainer role is onsite in Saint George, UT, with pay of $20 per hour and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Balance of Nature provides products and education and describes its work as helping improve customers’ quality of life. The trainer prepares new team members to handle company systems and customer-service workflows confidently and meet daily performance standards. Coaching, evaluating, and documenting trainee progress helps leadership identify support needs and build a capable workforce.

What you'll do

• Teach core systems, standard call flows, and customer communication workflows
• monitor trainee calls and simulated scenarios
• authorize discounts or order adjustments according to company policy
• evaluate, score, and document performance daily
• maintain tracking sheets and handoff reports
• alert leadership when a trainee is falling behind
• keep the training room organized, stocked, and ready.
