What you'll do

• Serve as a contact for K–12 streaming customers
• respond to account and platform navigation inquiries
• assist with customer setup, content booking, renewal updates, and training resources
• manage check-ins, surveys, and follow-up communications
• review account health reports and identify trends or risks
• share insights with internal teams to improve engagement and retention.
