Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager role is onsite in Dallas, TX. The base salary range is $115,000–$153,000 per year. The role is part of CoreWeave’s Global Business Services team, which centralizes and scales foundational Finance, Procurement, and HR processes. The manager leads day-to-day accounts payable operations and supports the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay process. The role strengthens controls, standardizes and automates workflows, improves payment performance, and supports CoreWeave’s growth in a public-company environment.

What you'll do

• Lead accounts payable operations
• oversee invoice matching, exception management, disbursements, vendor inquiries, and close activities
• resolve complex payment holds
• improve cycle time and payment performance
• maintain internal controls and support audits
• enhance ERP and AP workflows
• oversee BPO/offshore partners through service levels and KPIs.
