Facility Maintenance Technician — First Shift

The Facility Maintenance Technician — First Shift role is onsite in Stevensville, MD. Compensation is $23–$28 per hour, commensurate with experience. The technician supports PRS Guitars’ production and facility operations. The role maintains production equipment, manufacturing systems, and building infrastructure to support safe, reliable plant operations and the needs of production and manufacturing teams.

What you'll do

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and maintain records
• troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• assist with HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, dust collection, and other plant systems
• perform general facility repairs and basic carpentry
• monitor equipment and work areas for safety
• interpret schematics and manuals
• cross-train and provide backup maintenance support.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; overtime may be required, including weekends. Requires at least three years of maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED.
