The Key Carrier role is an onsite position based in West Palm Beach, FL, with a pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour. This role supports the HomeGoods retail team by providing leadership and operational oversight to ensure store success. This position serves as an elevated extension of the Coordinator role, alternating between coordinator duties and acting as the Manager on Duty. The Key Carrier is responsible for maintaining store standards, coaching associates, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective leadership and operational execution.

What you'll do

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity
• Acts as Manager on Duty adhering to company policy and procedure
• Ensures store team performs tasks and activities in accordance with store plan
• Addresses immediate customer service issues and provides appropriate coaching to Associates
• Ensures opening/closing procedures are executed according to company guidelines
• Provides feedback, recognition and coaching to Associates
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and programs.
