The manager oversees program operations, staff and volunteers, grants, and community partnerships to plan, deliver, and evaluate youth prevention initiatives and meet grant and agency requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead coalition and committee meetings
• manage grants, budgets, records, and reporting
• implement the coalition strategic work plan
• build partnerships and recruit members
• coordinate community meetings, events, education, awareness, media campaigns, and outreach
• train coalition members on prevention frameworks
• liaise with schools, businesses, agencies, parents, students, and service providers
• pursue funding and donations
• supervise staff and volunteers
• prepare reports and program materials.
