What you'll do

• Prepare and bake pastry products according to Rustic Bakery formulas
• follow food-safety, sanitation, hygiene, and health department requirements
• keep the bakery area clean and organized
• follow standard operating procedures and the daily production plan
• monitor product color and adjust oven temperature or time
• check finished-product quality and minimize waste
• clean equipment and report malfunctions
• assist with other bakery duties as needed.
