Description

Use independent judgment in planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating activities of professional and supportive nursing staff engaged in resident plan of care. Evaluate care provided to each resident and keep care plans current. Lead the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. Assist in assessment and evaluation of potential admissions.
