Senior Classification Specialist

What you'll do

• Perform federal position classification and staffing activities
• apply OPM General Schedule Qualification Standards, operating policies, and the Classifier’s Handbook
• prepare job analyses, crediting plans, evaluation statements, FLSA determinations, and position descriptions
• review position descriptions
• process SF-50 actions
• calculate service computation dates and maintain eOPFs
• support Workday and CHRIS processing
• use USA Staffing, CHRIS, Workday, FHR Navigator, and Yello
• advise hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

Why this role
