Product Quality Manager

What you'll do

• Lead and expand the Product Inspection and Quality team, including hiring, training, and performance management
• oversee daily inspection and product processing
• perform inspections as needed
• track KPIs
• use customer feedback to improve products and processes
• partner with Customer Service, Fulfillment, Inventory Planning, and Manufacturing
• implement quality systems and process improvements
• manage supplier relationships.
