What you'll do

• Resolve support tickets and act as the Tier 2 escalation point for complex desktop, software, and peripheral issues within target SLAs
• lead technical onboarding and offboarding
• administer user accounts, groups, SSO, and MFA in Okta and core SaaS applications
• assist with device enrollment, configuration, deployment, inventory, tracking, and repairs
• troubleshoot office connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, printing, and conference-room AV
• administer productivity tools
• maintain technical documentation and knowledge-base articles
• deliver IT orientation and guidance on security policies and tool use.
