The Registered Dietitian – Acute Care Hospital role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is $63,000–$83,000 per year, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. The position supports clinical care at a 300+ bed acute care hospital serving the Las Vegas community. The dietitian assesses inpatient nutritional needs and develops individualized care plans to support treatment and patient outcomes. Working with an interdisciplinary team, the role provides nutrition interventions, education, and follow-up during hospitalization and helps patients and families prepare for continued care after discharge.

What you'll do

• Assess patients’ nutritional needs and status
• develop, implement, and monitor individualized nutrition care plans
• calculate nutritional requirements and intake
• recommend therapeutic and specialized diets
• adjust interventions based on patient progress
• educate and counsel patients and families
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• document assessments, interventions, and progress
• participate in care planning and clinical initiatives.
