Maintenance Supervisor

Job overview

The Maintenance Supervisor role is onsite at Nacona in Glendale, AZ. Compensation is $33 per hour, with additional on-call rotation incentive pay and additional pay for certain certifications. The supervisor leads service and facilities staff while performing and overseeing repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. What you'll do

• Lead Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers
• perform and oversee maintenance and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, flooring, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exterior structures
• manage apartment make-ready inventory and turn board
• schedule contractors and vendors
• inspect and correct safety hazards
• share rotating on-call duty
• complete service reports and maintenance records
• train and mentor technicians
• oversee capital projects.
