What you'll do

• Set up the bar using the provided checklist and have it ready by 4:30
• memorize cocktails and pass the bar test
• maintain knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and the menu
• prepare specialty cocktails
• handle guest requests
• keep the bar clean and presentable
• make drinks promptly
• communicate unavailable items
• use the POS system accurately
• run food
• polish glassware
• maintain clean coolers and appropriate stock
• close using the checklist.
