- Serve as a primary contact for contractors and jobsite personnel
- visit jobsites to assess needs and recommend equipment rental and sales solutions
- provide equipment recommendations, training, and problem-solving to support productivity and safety
- coordinate with operations, dispatch, service technicians, rental coordinators, and sales
- assist with quotes, rental agreements, and renewals
- maintain CRM records
- represent the company at industry events
- coordinate customer issue resolution.
