The Yard Spotter (Commercial Driver’s License) role is onsite in Crossett, AR, with compensation of $22 per hour. The position supports Red Baron Transportation, a division of BWT Logistics, in maintaining safe and efficient trailer movement within its yard. The role exists to keep trailers moving between dock doors, staging areas, and parking locations while maintaining accurate movement records and safe equipment practices. Coordination with warehouse leadership and operations helps support the logistics and distribution center’s daily freight activity.

What you'll do

• Move trailers between dock doors, staging areas, and designated parking spots
• conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of yard tractors and trailers
• ensure trailers are chocked, secured, and sealed
• maintain accurate trailer location and movement records
• coordinate trailer activity with warehouse leadership and operations
• report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns
• maintain an organized yard
• support other yard and site tasks as required.

Why this role

Valid Class A CDL and current DOT Medical Card required; active DOT FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance; three years of yard spotter or similar CDL experience strongly preferred; night shift is 7:00 PM–7:00 AM on a rotating 36/48 schedule.
