What you'll do

• Analyze drawings and specifications to estimate concrete work
• calculate labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs
• identify estimating risks and opportunities
• coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
• prepare bid proposals
• maintain cost databases
• participate in pre-bid and safety meetings, site visits, and post-bid reviews
• track project budgets, costs, and changes.
