What you'll do

• Coordinate daily member and rider schedules to day centers and appointments
• arrange will-call trips to meet requirements
• validate trips and approve Transportation Specialist time
• finalize weekly timecards and communicate payroll hours
• participate in weekly operations calls
• coordinate complaint compliance and supporting documentation
• log vehicle maintenance concerns and coordinate with the contracted mobile mechanic as needed.
