What you'll do

• Develop working relationships with independent contractors and communicate client priorities
• review scopes of work and conduct quality assurance
• communicate urgent issues and nightly recaps to the Facility Services Manager
• recommend contractor assignments and manage performance against client standards
• manage inspections, complaints, requests, new client starts, and VIP needs
• execute operational policies
• ensure compliance with client procedures and proper use of approved cleaning tools and equipment.
