What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• sweep and mop kitchen areas and dispose of waste
• assist with food preparation such as peeling and cutting vegetables or portioning ingredients
• replenish cleaning supplies
• coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure clean dishes are available during peak hours.
