The partner manages the administrative processes behind recruiting, onboarding, training, credentialing, employee records, and offboarding. Accurate, timely coordination helps employees start prepared, keeps credentials and training current, and allows HR partners to focus on leaders and candidates.

What you'll do

• Set up requisitions and post jobs
• schedule interviews and manage candidate communications
• initiate and track background and driving-record checks
• prepare offer letters and process rehires
• manage preboarding and new-hire I-9 and E-Verify
• set up ADP access and coordinate orientation
• track licenses, certifications, and required training
• process offboarding and employment verifications
• maintain personnel files and policy acknowledgments
• manage the HR inbox and SharePoint library
• coordinate recognition events and support employee surveys.
