What you'll do

• Manage customer flow, admissions, and the marketing program
• cultivate professional relationships in local healthcare markets
• generate referrals through relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior living facilities, and community resources
• coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications, and pre-certifications
• conduct community outreach and marketing visits
• facilitate admissions decisions and a positive admission experience
• provide customer service to external and internal customers.
