What you'll do

• Promote Home Health and Hospice programs
• advise the agency on community, personnel, and financial needs
• collaborate on policies for new programs
• ensure compliance with laws related to Home Health and Hospice marketing
• collaborate with administrative and supervisory personnel
• partner with the Interdisciplinary Group/Team
• maintain relationships with referral sources and community organizations
• represent the VNA at community events.
