The Director of Rehabilitation role is onsite at Autumn Lake at Southgate in Carneys Point, NJ. Compensation is $80,000–$115,000 per year. The director leads the rehabilitation department in a skilled nursing setting and supports coordinated therapy services for residents. The role exists to guide therapy clinicians and manage department operations so residents receive coordinated rehabilitation care. The director oversees staffing and workflow, supports clinical and operational decisions across PT, OT, and SLP, partners with nursing and facility leadership, and helps maintain documentation and regulatory standards.

Why this role

An active New Jersey license as a COTA, OT, PT, PTA, or SLP and skilled nursing facility experience are required. Previous DOR or ADOR experience is a plus.
